The initial consultation is always free and we offer flexible payment plans for all personal training packages.
Unfortunately, this field is littered with sub-par personal trainers who aren't willing to do what it takes to provide you with the best results - we've all seen them show disinterest to their clients, talk on their cell phones during sessions (IF they even show up on time), or not be willing to go that extra mile and give their clients all the tools (knowledge and support) they need to succeed. My goal is to not only change your body while we're together, but to also provide you with the knowledge to train on your own once your time with me has passed. You deserve a professional - the right personal trainer can make all of the difference in the world and you will get what you pay for. Don't settle for less!
All training packages include:
-Complete nutritional guidance at no extra cost (some trainers charge up to $250 per month for this, while places like LA Weight Loss and Jenny Craig charge over $2000).
-Private training in the comfort of a well equipped studio (click here for pictures and a map.)
-Regular assessment and program modification to keep you on track
-Unlimited coaching via phone calls, email, or IM
Program Options
-The Extreme Makeover (12-15 Week Packages)
These are our most popular packages - you choose either a 12 or 15 Week All-Out Fitness Program in which you'll meet with your personal trainer 3 times per week. These are the recommended programs for those who are ready to radically change their body, and are ready to commit at least 3 consecutive months to doing so. This fitness program is the most involved, and with your dedication, will provide you with a completely different body. -The Ultimate Transformation Packages (6-12 month Packages)
In reality, many individuals can make amazing progress in 12-15 weeks of consistent training while practicing healthy nutritional habits. Others will choose to go beyond "amazing progress" and will be determined to reach their maximum fitness potential, whether it be their lowest possible body fat, reach their absolute natural potential for muscle gain or strength, or even prepare for a bodybuilding for fitness related competition. -The Body Works (2 months)
8-Week Fitness Program in which you'll meet with Boyd 3 times per week - this is ideal for those who are preparing for a competition, a wedding, or a vacation. Contact Boyd to determine which program is right for you.
24 Session Program (3x a week) ------ $1825
-Complete Body Makeover (6 weeks)
6-Week Personal Fitness Program in which you'll meet with Boyd 1, 2, or 3 times a week depending upon your goals and time available to exercise. This fitness program is only for people who are serious about their goals and are ready to reshape their body, increase their strength, and eliminate that unwanted body fat! -Get Back On Track (1-3 sessions)
Maybe you just need a few sessions with a personal trainer to get you back on track... That's what this training program is all about. This introductory program is for individuals with some previous exercise experience who just need that extra push to get started. Contact Boyd to get started.

The initial consultation gives you the chance to get to know me and allow me to get to know you and your goals. I?ll explain to you what to expect, find out a little about you, and we?ll go from there!
The first training session will always consist of a body composition test, and some basic tests to see where your fitness levels are. This will assist both of us in finding a benchmark on where to start, and have something measurable to track your progress. It gives you the chance to find out if you like being trained by me.
Speed/Sport training sessions for athletes will be held at a location that is easily accessible for both the trainee and the trainer (local football field, park, etc). These sessions typically last 1 hour, and include form training, speed and agility training, speed endurance training, power training, plyometrics, and other methods to ensure that the athlete is ready to compete at the highest level possible. Boyd trains all of his clients at his own private personal training studio located conveneintly at 16613 Huebner Road in San Antonio (click for a map). It is a very private and spacious training environment that allows Boyd to provide all of his clients with the very best service and training experience possible without distractions. It is loaded with brand new equipment, and has everything you need to make your goals a reality in a quiet environment that you will not find in commercial health clubs. Boyd's team of elite personal trainers can accomodate any busy schedule, as many of their clients train outside of normal business hours.
