Are you looking for the top group exercise program in the San Antonio area?


Are you looking for a different way to make a drastic change in your body? Are you tired of the monotony of counting reps and weights inside a typical gym? We have the program for you!

The Fitness Boot Camp course is an affordable 6-week, circuit-style, group program that meets 5 times per week at our personal training studio located at 16613 Huebner Road in San Antonio.

During boot camp, we cover every fitness component from cardio endurance, strengthening, agility, balance and flexibility. Boot camp will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am.

We are using the term "Boot Camp" for a few reasons. First off, just like military boot camps, our fitness boot camps are designed to quickly re-shape your body in minimal time. These aren't typical training sessions; they are intense and are designed to quickly whip people into shape!!! Maybe you're tired of training at your normal pace (and tired of thinking!) and you just need to get back to the basics of fitness: hard work and consistency. That is what boot camp is all about.

During boot camp, you become part of a team! Not only is this helpful for accountability purposes, but it will also develop a sense of camraderie and encouragement system to ensure your success.

Boot camp is not for the meek! It is anything but easy, but if you're ready to get serious about training and changing your body in a short amount of time then boot camp fitness training is for you!

Who is boot camp for? Anyone that is ready to dedicate 6 weeks to start changing their body! There will be individuals of various fitness levels and they will all be thoroughly challenged! Male, female, young or old - it does not matter!

For those who want to get the absolute most out of their boot camp training program, custom diet design can also be added. Each diet will be designed from scratch, designed for your vigorous training program and lifestyle.

6 week packages are $20 per session/per person.

If you are interesting in having a group session for your workplace, we do offer corporate and small business discounts for groups of 6 or more. Want a great way to improve teamwork and morale? We will limit your boot camp session to JUST your group. Boot camp is an excellent perk/reward to offer your employees - exercise increases productivity and decreases time off of work from sickness and poor health, so everyone benefits!
