Not only will I help you reach your goals, but I hope that you become as knowledgeable as possible about exercise and nutrition, and hopefully enable you to assist someone else to make a lifestyle change! Changing your body is NOT an overnight process. The best way to get into shape is to make fitness and nutrition part of your overall lifestyle. I have helped many people with a rapid physique transformation and I enjoy training those with short term, tough to reach goals, but I always encourage you to focus on making exercise and healthy eating part of your life, whether we are training together or not. Every workout session will be a learning experience!
