Are you ready for a boot camp style exericse program?
Are you looking for a professional personal fitness trainer in the San Antonio area?
Next Boot Camp Will Start August 27 - you can enroll for 6 weeks at any time and join the circuit!
Are you looking for a different way to make a drastic change in your body? Are you tired of the monotony of counting reps and weights inside a typical gym? We have the program for you!
The Fitness Boot Camp course is an affordable 6-week, circuit-style, group program that meets 4 times per week at Friesenhahn Park, located at 15701 Oconnor Rd San Antonio, TX 78247 (click for a map).
During boot camp, we cover every fitness component from cardio endurance, strengthening, agility, balance and flexibility. Boot camp will be offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6pm.
We are using the term "Boot Camp" for a few reasons. First off, just like military boot camps, our fitness boot camps are designed to quickly re-shape your body in minimal time. These aren't typical training sessions; they are intense and are designed to quickly whip people into shape!!! Maybe you're tired of training at your normal pace (and tired of thinking!) and you just need to get back to the basics of fitness: hard work and consistency. That is what boot camp is all about.
During boot camp, you become part of a team! Not only is this helpful for accountability purposes, but it will also develop a sense of camraderie and encouragement system to ensure your success.
Boot camp is not for the meek! It is anything but easy, but if you're ready to get serious about training and changing your body in a short amount of time then boot camp fitness training is for you!
Who is boot camp for? Anyone that is ready to dedicate 4 weeks to start changing their body! There will be individuals with varying fitness levels, and they will all be thoroughly challenged! Male, female, young or old - it does not matter!
For those who want to get the absolute most out of their boot camp training program, custom diet design will also be included. Each diet will be designed from scratch, designed for your vigorous training program and lifestyle.
6 weeks, 4 sessions per week ------------ $480 ($20 per session)
6 weeks, 3 sessions per week ------------ $400 ($22.22 per session)
